Q. What is check in/check out time?
A. Check-in time starts at 4:00PM. Check-out time is at Noon.
Q. Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
A. Ojai Valley Inn is committed to providing guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited in all public spaces (indoors and outdoors), as well as in guest rooms, including on balconies and patios. We kindly ask that you be mindful of those around you.
Q. Do you have high-speed wired internet and/or Wi-Fi available?
A. We are pleased to offer complimentary high speed Wi-Fi in guest rooms, pool areas, resort lobby, and throughout the resort.
Q. Do you have a resort fee?
A. Yes, an additional $40.00 Daily Service Charge will be added to your room rate (per room, per night). The Daily Service Charge includes unlimited local and toll-free phone calls, nightly turndown service, full access to Fitness Center and daily Mind & Body Classes, complimentary daily Linus Bike use, select newspapers & magazines available through in room customized iPad, daily newspaper delivered upon request, illy espresso machine with high quality espresso or coffee, and unlimited use of Ojai Valley Inn tennis courts.
Q. Do you have a Fitness Center? What kind of equipment does the Fitness Center have?
What are the hours of the Fitness Center?
A. Yes. The Ojai Valley Inn has a Fitness Center. The gym is well equipped with a curated selection of cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, kettle-bells, and more. Guests of the Ojai Valley Inn are welcome to use the Gym daily. Hours vary. The gym is limited to ages 16 and up only.
Q. Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A. Yes, The chefs at Ojai Valley Inn have created a unique variety of delicious fare for you and your guests to enjoy while staying with us. We offer In Room Dining 24 hours a day. Select menus are available on your in-room iPad and In Room Dining Menu. The Ojai Valley Inn also offers an In Room Amenity Menu .

A. Yes, as long the package is marked Ojai Valley Inn, ATTN: Name of Guest
Q. Do you have a business center?
A. The self-service business center is temporarily closed.
Q. Do you have a pool? What are the pool hours?
A. Yes. We have four pools at the Ojai Valley Inn. Opening and closing times vary for each pool. We have one adult pool, Indigo Pool, and one family-friendly pool, the Pixie Pool, with hours from 7AM - 10PM. The Inn also has two pools at Spa Ojai, Tranquility Pool and Energy Pool with hours from 8:00AM - 7:30PM. The Ojai Valley Inn also offers VIP cabanas, private cabanas, and Spa Ojai cabanas. The Indigo Pool features an adult poolside dining experience with a full bar, and beer, wine, and food offerings. The Pixie Pool caters to families and offers kids favorite foods and parent’s poolside indulgences.
Q. How do I get to the resort?

Q. Do you offer free shuttle services from airports?
A. No. Transportation services can be arranged through our Experience Planners, or through car rental options.
Q. What parking options are available?
A. We offer valet parking and self-parking for $40 per vehicle, per day. We do not allow RV parking or outside golf carts on property.
Q. Do you provide roll-away beds or cribs? Is there a charge?
A. Rollaway beds and complimentary wooden cribs or toddler beds with luxury bedding are provided by the resort, upon availability. The fee for a rollaway bed is $40.00 (not available in all double rooms due to fire code). Please note, these are based upon availability and cannot be reserved ahead of time.
Q. I booked on a website other than the resort website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
A. You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.
Q. What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
A. You must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the resort.
Q. Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A. We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in from the guest responsible for financial charges.
Q. Do you have connecting rooms?
A. Yes, the Ojai Valley Inn has some connecting rooms at the resort. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. However, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

A. Yes, we have accessible rooms featuring roll-in showers with support bars. Please review our Accessibility page for further information.
Q. What are the hours of operation for The Oak restaurant?
A. The Oak is a casual dining option, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served 6:30AM-11AM; Lunch is served from 11:30AM-2PM; Dinner is served from 5:30PM-9PM. Brunch buffets are offered on the weekends.
Q. What are the hours of operation for Olivella restaurant?
A. Our signature fine dining restaurant is open for dinner, five nights a week. Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:30PM-9PM. Reservations highly recommended. (855) 697-8780.
Q. What are the hours of operation for Wallace Neff Heritage Bar?
A. The Wallace Neff Heritage Bar offers bar service from 4PM - 11PM and food service from 4PM - 10PM daily.
Q. What are the hours of operation for Jimmy’s Pub?
A. Classic cocktails and market-driven pub fare make Jimmy's Pub a lively gathering place. Open Sunday - Thursday 11 AM-10 PM, Friday - Saturday 11 AM-11 PM. Beverage service is extended until 12 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Q. What are the hours of operation for Spa Cafe?
A. Our Spa Café features light breakfast and lunch options. Lunch hours are from 12PM - 2PM, daily. Our Spa Cafe Juice Bar is open Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM.
Q. What are the hours of operation for Libbey’s Market?
A. Libbey’s convenient takeaway counter features coffee drinks, breakfast on-the-go and handcrafted sandwiches and salads between the hours of 7AM - 9PM, daily.
Q. I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
A. Most questions and issues can be resolved with the help of our front desk team. If the issue cannot be resolved right then and there, our front desk team will assist with contacting the appropriate internal departments and getting the issues resolved.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
A. The Ojai Valley Inn accepts all major credit cards. Both debit cards and credit cards are accepted. Checks are not acceptable as a form of payment.
Q. Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
A. Yes. The Ojai Valley Inn is pet friendly. To preserve the experience of all our guests, a certain number of pets are welcomed daily to the resort. There are no weight, height or breed restrictions. When booking your guest room, please let us know if you wish to bring your pet as certain rooms and fees apply per our canine-friendly policy.
Q. Do you have a pet fee?
A. Yes. There is a $150 (+tax) non-refundable cleaning fee, per pet, per room. $50 for second pet, with a 2 pet maximum per room.
Q. Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
A. Yes, the Ojai Valley Inn has designated rooms that do not allow pets.
Q. How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
A. Grass areas are designated throughout the resort. Please remember to pick up after your pet.
