We are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment by following an enhanced cleaning and sanitation schedule, ensuring frequent cleaning and disinfection of all areas. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the property for guest use. We continue to monitor the latest public health guidance and adjust our protocols as necessary to ensure your safety.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms—such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat—we kindly ask that you delay your visit to the Ojai Valley Inn until you are feeling well. Should you begin to feel unwell during your stay, please notify management promptly so we can support you with appropriate next steps.

Self-parking and valet parking services are available. When you arrive at the resort, a bellman will provide parking instructions and assist with your luggage. You will be guided to the Hotel Lobby to check-in to your room with minimal contact with the Guest Services Agent, if desired. Lobby occupancy is closely monitored at all times to ensure adequate space between traveling parties. At the end of your stay, it is not necessary to visit the Front Desk to complete check-out. A final folio will be provided via email and can be reviewed over the phone. When you are ready to depart, please contact Guest Services by dialing O from your guest room phone.

Guestrooms are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and sanitized prior to your arrival. As an added precaution, heightened disinfecting measures are applied to high-touch items such as light switches, door handles, television remotes, bathroom fixtures, and telephones. Housekeeping and turndown services will be performed daily. If you prefer to limit team members entering your room, we will gladly alter housekeeping services to accommodate your preferences.

Reservations for The Oak and Olivella are strongly encouraged. Please dial Concierge at extension 51 to reserve your table. Increased cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place throughout all kitchen and dining areas. In-Room Dining is available 24 hours. Please refer to the tablet or television in your guestroom for menu selections.

Stop by the Discover Ojai Center between 10 AM - 4 PM daily or call our Experience Planners at (866) 887-4007 for assistance with creating your custom itinerary. Picnic & Pedal Linus Bikes are available for complimentary use. To check-out a bike for the day visit the Bike Kiosk located next to the Signature Shop. Bikes and helmets are cleaned and sanitized between each guest's use. Please allow the Bike Kiosk attendant to assist you with selecting a bike.
