Winemaker Dinner

The celebration begins Thursday evening with an intimate five-course dinner at Olivella featuring Winemaker Nico Cueva. Our culinary team will present a five-course tasting menu with palate-pleasing dishes such as Winter Truffle Gnocchi and White Sea Bass with Shelling Beans and Guanciale Jus.
Tasting Seminar & panel discussion
Friday, December 7 at 11:00 AM followed by lunch at 12:15 PM
On Friday morning, join us for a Tasting Seminar & Panel Discussion to hear more from Winemaker Nico Cueva and a panel of experts as they taste six celebrated Kosta Browne wines. Learn to notice and appreciate the differences between wines produced in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Santa Lucia Highlands appellations.
Finally, enjoy a leisurely lunch on Friday afternoon surrounded by breathtaking views of the Ojai Valley.
