Kate Morrison | Spa Director

Kate joined the Spa Ojai management team in 2010 with a passion for excellence in luxury spa experiences and an innovative spirit. Kate has strengthened the renowned reputation of Spa Ojai with expanded wellness programming including creative, spiritual, and nutritional elements, as well as introducing signature experiences exclusive to Ojai. Under her leadership, Spa Ojai recently earned the Preferred Hotels Pineapple Award recognizing Leadership in Sustainability for the 2017 Single-Use Plastic Free initiative. Additionally, Kate earned an ISPA Innovation Award in 2018 for the Holistic Approach to Workplace Wellness Initiative. She has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara and eight years of previous Spa Management experience with The Ritz-Carlton hotel Company.

Carolyn Maul | Fitness Coordinator

Carolyn Maul is the Fitness Coordinator at Spa Ojai. Aside from her master's degree in Holistic Nutrition and dozens of fitness and life coaching certifications, her main area of expertise lies in inspiring others to shift their mindset to understand the power of positive thinking and healthy living. By using the programs and frameworks she has curated over years in the personal development industry, she educates and inspires others to live a lifestyle that fosters healthy bodies, businesses, and relationships. Carolyn is one of the most enthusiastic and happy people you will ever meet! Carolyn believes that through serving others she can further become HER best self.

Nancy Radding | Fitness Instructor

Nancy has been a fitness professional for 40 years. Her history as an overweight teen led her into her destiny as a teacher, trainer, lecturer, blogger and team leader. Nancy was the Fitness and Activity Director for a well known destination spa in Ojai for nearly 20 years. She is a multi-certified instructor, focusing currently on Pilates, gentle yoga, and ballet barre tone. Nancy is known for being down to earth, practical and heartfelt in her approach to movement, nutrition, living and aging with health, grace and consistency.
