wine & FOOD PAIRING WORKSHOP
Join us in the Wallace Neff Heritage bar for a sommelier-guided class of tried-and-true and discovery pairings with some of our favorite food-friendly wines. Beginning at 4 PM, each 60 minute class will feature a thematic tasting of 5 small bites paired with 5 wines along with some of the cardinal rules when pairing wines with food, led by our certified sommelier, Melissa Lamb.
$45 per person includes five bites paired with five wines.

Olivella Wine Program
As a complement to Olivella’s cuisine, our award-winning wine program showcases expertly curated discoveries and classic bottlings from notable producers highlighting the diverse California wine country and food-friendly gems from Italy. Our Sommelier team is delighted to introduce you to some of the region’s top wineries or pair wines from our Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence cellar. Guests are welcome to bring wines from their personal cellar; however there will be a fee of $30 for each 750ml bottle with a limit of two bottles per table.
